Our hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm PST. If you have emailed after business hours, we will respond to you the following business day. Our goal is to fulfill your order promptly, either same day (if order is placed by 1:00 pm pst) or next day, but please allow up to 2 days for order fulfillment. Orders ship out of Lancaster, Ca. 93536.

Please ship to a secure address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Any free shipping offers will ship via IST4FUN's choice of carrier and are available for domestic shipments, only.
